I don't know how she does it but she does. I have complex multidisciplinary health problems that require coordinated care. My wife can tell you how easy it is to feel overwhelmed. After Nancy started helping us my health care got better. I started getting more appropriate specialist referrals with shorter intervals between follow-ups. Nancy will even do simple things that take the load off, like arranging with the Dr for better physical therapy. Sometimes it's your health and sometimes it's the load that's on you and your loved ones that gets you down. I highly recommend Dr Nancy Keller.

I just started using Nancy's services this year. I felt I needed another critical and object view on what my provides were telling me. So much conflicting advice from them. In the senior age of life if you don't have kids or a knowledgeable friend, it's almost impossible to wade through our medical system. I wish my friends would would use her. I also connect well with her because she has had some of the same ailments! Instant empathy. Highly recommend.

Hello, here to let folks know just how positive my experience with Dr. Keller was as we navigated our friend's journey to health (or attempt back to health at 90 years old). Dr. Keller was not only my friend's advocate but also a friend to everyone who visited her patient. Thank you Dr. Keller for your devotion and caring attitude not only on the medical side but the emotional side as well.
My 90 Y/O friend would say the same thing as me

Thank you for your kindness in calling [XXXX] Lung & Sleep for me. It may have alerted them to be more responsive. I ended up seeing them today (for what may be the last time); one day AFTER my new machine finally arrived as ordered by my PCP, and denied repeatedly by Apria . . . . I will never, of course, be compensated for the two months of sleep deprivation. Thanks again.

Nancy was a godsend. Her knowledge, skill and persistence ensured that my wife, who had pancreatic cancer, got the best possible care. She helped guide us through all the phases of her care, including hospice, and was invaluable. She came to the memorial service, which reflects her best quality: caring deeply for her clients.

You imparted a sense of calm at a very difficult time for me. When I was anxious and worried, having you with me at the doctor’s office reassured me that I would receive the care I deserve.

When my elderly friend landed in Tucson, mostly alone but for her daughter who lives two hours away and a few closer stalwart friends, her POA found Dr. Keller and engaged her to advocate for my friend and guide her through the maze that is modern day medicine. For close to two years, Dr. Keller gave my friend excellent advice that enhanced her life in countless ways. For my friend, one of the most important aspects of this assistance was Dr. Keller’s genuine concern and attention. She was always available and always problem-solving and truly went above and beyond for my friend. In fact, there were two instances where my friend was in near crisis and her caregivers were missing the root cause! Dr. Keller persisted in her assessment, got my friend the treatment she needed, and saved her from a bad outcome. This is just one example. Dr. Keller would often do small things outside the scope of her contract just because she knew my friend had a limited support system. I cannot say too much in praise of the care Dr. Keller gave as my friend’s patient advocate in the last months of her life. Thank you so very much for being there and for caring.
